1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the conditions for using Casino & Sports Betting Reward (the “App”).
By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms and with all laws and regulations that apply to your use of the service.

2. User eligibility and access

2.1 Age requirements

The App is intended only for individuals who have reached the minimum legal age permitted in their country or region to use services of this kind. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally allowed to access its features.

2.2 Access and security

Access to the App is available exclusively through “Sign in with Apple“, which connects your account to your Apple ID. You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID credentials safe and for maintaining a valid email address linked to it.
If you believe that your Apple ID has been accessed without permission, please contact Apple directly. We do not manage Apple ID credentials and cannot be held responsible for any issues or unauthorized use arising from third-party access.

3. Use of the App

3.1 Access and acceptable use

You are granted a personal, non-transferable right to use the App for its intended purposes.
This includes collecting Gems and using them to obtain Chances within the available Drops.
The App is designed for personal, non-commercial use and functions as part of an integrated experience with licensed providers.

3.2 Prohibited conduct

When using the App, you agree to follow applicable laws and act fairly toward other users. In particular, you must not:

  • Violate any local, national, or international regulations;

  • Modify, disable, or interfere with the App’s functionality or security features;

  • Use scripts, bots, or other automated methods to influence outcomes or gain an unfair advantage;

  • Provide false information or misrepresent your identity;

  • Share or transfer your account access to anyone else.

Engaging in any of the above may lead to suspension or termination of your access to the App, with or without prior notice.

3.3 Testing and limited participation

During the App’s beta(β) phase, certain Drops may be released for testing purposes only. These Drops are used to evaluate system stability and user engagement and do not guarantee any specific or redeemable result.

4. Intellectual property

All elements of the App, including its layout, design, text, images, names, and software, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, show publicly, or create new versions of any part of the App without our prior written consent.

5. Gems system and external providers

5.1 Using Gems

Users can collect Gems and exchange them for Chances to join different Drops. Each Drop may have its own format, number of Gems required, and specific participation rules set by the external provider.

5.2 Independent operation

The Gems system is intended for users who already hold valid accounts with licensed external providers. The App works separately and does not monitor or influence any actions on those external providers.

Gems shown in the App may reflect activity linked to existing provider accounts through secure integrations. We do not control or verify any activity that takes place outside the App or on third-party providers.

6. Limitation of responsibility

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses that may arise from using or being unable to use the App.
This covers possible service interruptions, display errors, or loss of Gems, Chances, or Drop information, as well as any problems linked to external providers or integrations used within the App.

7. Account access and suspension

We may restrict, suspend, or remove access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if these Terms are violated or if such action is needed to protect the service, meet legal requirements, or maintain security.

If access is removed, any unused Gems, Chances, or active Drops may be reviewed and, when necessary, deactivated at our discretion.

8. Updates to these Terms of Service

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the App, legal requirements, or internal policies.
The new version takes effect once it is published in the App. By continuing to use the App after an update, you agree to the revised Terms.
